- Oct-Apr .. $650-$795/week .. $2400-$2800/month - May-Sep .. $500-$650/week .. $1900-$2300/month Sub
- Tourism tax rate 10%.
- Subject to change for Holidays. Rental based on weekly and monthly basis unless pre-negotiated plus 7% sales tax. Monthly rates negotiable for greater than two months $500 refundable security deposit required when confirmation is provided.(Refundable only if reservation is canceled prior to 30 days of date reserved) $95 is added to the total rental for housekeeping provided at conclusion of reserved period.

otherwise reservation will be subject to cancellation and fees
refunded with exception of initial deposit. Cancellations within 14
days of rental period will be subject to loss of 50%
